| 2 | Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil of 02 Nos. 25/31.5 MVA (Kanohar make) Power Transformers installed at 132/33kV Sub-Station Girinagar. Transformer No.2 contains approximately 18250 litres of oil and Transformer No.1 contains appoximately 15060 litres of oil. The dehydration and filtration shall be carried out using a high-vacuum oil filtration plant equipped with a filtration system and magnetic chamber for removal of suspended iron particles and impurities. Thre transformer oil temperature shall be maintained continuously at approximately 70oC during processing. After completion of the work, the oil shall attain a minimum Breakdown Voltage (BDV) of 70 kV. All the necessary equipment and T&P required for oil testing and filteration to be provided by contractor - complete job in all respect as per the direction and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. | 1 | Job |
