| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Ceiling suspended Air-cooled Ductable unit each comprising an air cooled condenser with Superhydrophobic coating, Hermetically sealed compressor, condenser fan, Cooling thermostat with wiring etc. with outer casing and indoor unit consisting of DIDW forward curve Blower, fan motor DX cooling coil 3 row deep or as per manufacturer std with Copper tubes shall of minimum 0.25 mm thickness, nominal dia minimum 7 mm and Aluminium fins 13-18 fin/finch, thickness minimum 0.105 mm with Superhydrophobic coating, outer casing, filter, control and power panel with remote, Silicon Based Fire retardant canvass connection etc. Necessary Power Cabling and earthing from incomer to AC units, first fill of refrigerant and oil, supports, canvas connection etc. The indoor and outdoor units shall be with structural steel supports, angles, rods etc. The unit capacities shall be after taking deration into account due to copper piping lengths. Fins and copper tubes of Air Cooled Condenser along with copper tubing/ piping with all joints and U-Bends exposed to atmosphere/ aggressive ambient, shall be painted with special Corrosion prevention coating either in factory or at site. R-410a refrigerant shall be provided. DX Coil- 3 row deep or as per manufacturer std intertwined DX condensing coils with Copper tubes shall of minimum 0.25 mm thickness, nominal dia minimum 7 mm and Aluminium fins 16- 18 fin./inch, thickness minimum 0.105mm, Coil size shall be selected for air velocity of 350 ft/minute & velocity across filters at 350 ft/minute. The quoted price shall also include supports, clamps, fittings, connections, sleeves, supports, MCB, power cabling etc from main panel to the unit. Housekeeping and Disposing all type of generated debris and scrap out of TMH is deemed to be included in this item cost.
