| 1 | Quarterly maintenance of water coolers of any make installed at Naval Depot Area Ghatkopar to check water quality, preventive and breakdown maintenance, lubrication, power supply, repair and replacement of filter candles time to time and the water cooler under contract will be serviced for times during the contract time as per standard checklist, compressor will be checked for its proper functioning. All breakdown calls will be attended to during the contract period.The Blower motor will be checked,the driver set of the blower section wll be inspected but tension adjusted and belts changed.
