| 2 | Precast RCC HSPR boxes for force preservation bunker. HSPR Box are to be factory made (Wet Cast technology) RCC Box Segments of size 2 X 1 X 3 m (Internal dimensions). Precast box segments shall consist of high strength reinforced cement concrete duly steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance self-compacting concrete of M- 40 grade Cement shall be of Gr. 53 as per IS: 12269 and TMT steel reinforcement bar of Grade Fe-500D/ 550D as per IS: 1786. Provision of stairs both side made of 200 x 200 x 400 mm PCC blocks 116 Nos with 300 mm Thread & 200 mm Riser, 15 steps, 1mtr wide alongwith covering the stairs roof area with Pre-cast RCC slabs 200 mm to cover the stairs area. Detailed specifications given as per Appx 'A' and as per drawing att. Overall internal size of the structure shall be 12 m x 2 m, ht 3 m FL to bottom of roof slab.
