1Preparation of a detailed working estimate for Providing sewerage system to Shah Talai Town in Tehsil Jhandutta Distt. Bilaspur Himachal Pradesh, including detailed estimation of quantities and project cost; conducting confirmatory field digital surveys along with preparation of KML files; carrying out all requisite studies related to the establishment of the system and process selection; and undertaking complete hydraulic design of all components involved in various unit operations. The scope shall also include all incidental and contingent expenses related to detailed working estimate preparation, submission of four (04) hard copies of the detailed working estimate, and obtaining approval from the competent authority, complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Survey and investigation work shall be carried out using advanced and high-precision survey technologies such as Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) and Total Station instruments with a minimum precision limit of 0.5 cm. The scope shall include preparation of detailed site plans, geo-tagging of households, marking of proposed sewer alignments and appurtenances, and preparation of longitudinal sections (L-sections) and cross sections (Xsections) wherever required, to accurately capture existing ground conditions and utility constraints in complete form. A comprehensive reconnaissance survey shall be conducted for preparation of a digital contour plan with a contour interval of 1.00 meter. The contour mapping shall clearly depict all relevant physical features including residential structures, HT/LT electrical lines, roads, drains, water supply lines, existing sewer lines, culverts, natural watercourses, trees, and other permanent benchmarks or reference points necessary for planning and design. The survey data shall be processed to generate detailed topographical maps suitable for sewerage system planning in accordance with the latest applicable norms and engineering standards. The detailed working estimate shall comprise a complete sewerage system proposal, supported by detailed estimate, as per the department guidelines. It shall include comprehensive design and detailing of all sewer network components such as house service onnections, lateral, branch and trunk sewers, manholes, inspection chambers, and associated appurtenances. The report shall also incorporate detailed design of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and its unit operations, including but not limited to Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Grit Channel, Distribution Box, Secondary Treatment Reactor, Sludge Dewatering and Drying Systems, Chlorine Contact Tank, and final effluent disposal arrangements. In addition, the detailed working estimate shall include cost estimates for auxiliary and infrastructural components such as fencing panels around the STP yard, steel gate, interconnecting pathways, railings and access ladders, plant building/Chowkidar room, internal roads, and other necessary civil, mechanical, and electrical works. The document shall contain detailed measurements, quantity take-offs, rate analysis where required, and abstract of cost for all STP and sewer network components, prepared in accordance with applicable schedule of rates and standard engineering practices. All engineering drawings, including layout plans, alignment drawings, contour maps, L-sections, X-sections, process flow diagrams, hydraulic profile, and detailed component drawingsand other relevant details, shall be prepared using AutoCAD software in a systematic and professional manner. The final deliverables shall include four (04) properly bound hard copies of the complete set of drawings along with soft copies in editable and PDF formats.
