| 1 | Daily door to door repair/replacement of maintenance for Md Accn bldg covered under GE(NW) Mankhurd (a) Thane Area by team of contractor's comprises of (a) One Electrician and 01 x Helper will be carried out daily under restective area :- Note 1 :- (a) Contractor will be assigned to visit one area daily alongwith man and material as per as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge and he will perform all petty repair work as demanded by user of bldg. (b) Contractor will make his own arrangement for to and fro of his team and his rates shall be inclusive of this aspect. (c) The material component require for above complaint will be measured and paid as Supply only under respective item of this schedule. Certain material may be issued from the department free of cost for fixing only as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (d) If contractor fails to attend the area, a sum of Rs 4000/- per days will be recovered on account of non attedance of petty repair work from any legitimate payment due to contractor. | 2 | (e) Contractor will also attend the petty repair work on all days of week i.e Working day as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Contractor will obtain log sheet of repair work perform by him duly signed by occupant user and authorised user rep both. (g) Rep of contractor, Rep of GE Office and Rep of User alongwith labour team (Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician and helper) will visit door to door and get the user complaint and rectified on the same day. (h) A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him. (j) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. | ||
| 3 | (k) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site. (l) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed peridically by Engr-in-charge to streamline complaints disposal system. (n) Dress like Dangri and other for labours to be provided contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (o) Contractor will arrange all the T&P for his labours with aluminium ladder as required. Note 2.
