| 1 | Carrying out maintenance of entire sewage & drainage system of INS Hamla area by cleaning of sewage line of diameter not exceeding 150 mm, 200 mm and 300 mm including blocked manholes by rodding from manholes and well flushing after cleaning and removal of blocked / decomposed sludge / dirt and other materials outside MD land in closed container including removing and refixing manhole covers without damaging, cleaning / removal of blockages in trap of kitchen, bath and WC, etc. complete all as and when required basis, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Sludge / decomposed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers. (b) Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. (c) One safaiwala and one mazdoor shall be detailed daily for INS Hamla and Nau Sena Baugh area for the purpose of rendering the entire sewage system functional through out the contract period. In case of failure compensation will be recovered as specified in respective PS Clause. (d) In case of blockage of sewage system the complaint shall be rectified within three hours from the time of intimation. (e) The rates quoted shall be deemed for attending day to day complaint basis and make functional the entire sewage system for the period of one month at INS Hamla area. | 9.00 | PER MONTH |
