| 1 | cleaning /clearing of blockage of gully traps, floor traps, vertical and horizontal soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage lines( PVC/SGW/ CI/RCC of any dia) except cleaning of manholes including opening inspection eye door of bend/ branch pieces, rodding till smooth flow and refixing of door after cleaning and any other cleaning work as directed by engr-in-charge in the area of the SPDC,NSD MANKHURD, WED MANKHURD under GE (NW) Mankhurd Note: (a) Contractor's labour will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days at online complain cell centre and attend complaints given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints . The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch etc and any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost . In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.860/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from one area/location to other area/location to attend complaints, plugging of sewer and diverting flow of sewage if necessary to carry out the work and removal of sludge from the site to outside MOD land (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). | 600.00 | Per Job |
| 2 | (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge. | 4 | Petty works as in repairs for wooden joinery/PVC doors/aluminium windows, WPC doors works such as Resecuring or easing and adjusting of doors, windows kitchen cabinets in any size, refixing hinges etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engineer In charge. (Note : Replacement of builders hardware if required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item) Note for item No 1, 2 and 3 : (a) Rep of contractor will collect details of complint from departmant. The contractor will be alloted complaint on daily basis and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint. | 5 | (d) The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Naval Depo. (e) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed peridically by Engr-in-charge to streamline complaints disposal system. (f) Requisite skilled manpower more than two will be provided by the contractor based on site requirements in one day. No extra payment will be provided on this account. |
