| 1 | Providing consultancy services for design of pavement, profiling, soil testing, preparation of BOQ comprising following scope for two pockets of land at Malad Mumbai:- (a) Design of longitudinal profile and transverse profile for PQC pavement, Preparation of L-section, design of RCC drain, profile of RCC drain, layout and drain section, culverts, retaining structures etc. (b) Detailed design of rigid pavement as per IRC and MORTH. (c) Carrying out soil testing, K value test required for design of rigid pavement and the other RCC structures (total 06 tests). (d) Structural design of RCC drain, retaining structures and other ancillary items. (e) Identifying the borrow pit sites within the premises for supply of the earth required for filling. (f) Identifying the trees coming in the alignment of road, drain etc and marking the same girthwise on plan. (g) Design of ornamental gate (03 Nos) with the permanent specification of RCC M-25 cladding with the ACP sandwich panel and Dholpur stone including architectural drawings, structural design and BOQ. | 2 | NOTE: (a) Topographic contour plan is available with GE and same shall be utilized duly corelating the same with ground. Consultant may visit the site and the office of AGE, B/R Worli for assessing the scope. (b) Detailed consultancy report with drawing and sketches and enclosures shall be submitted in duplicate (c) Width of road shall be 5.50m and approx length of the road is 2000m. Nothing extra shall be paid for any variation. (d) The structural design/ drawings shall be got vetted from any IIT/ NIT/ Govt Engineering college and submitted to this HQ in 10 (Ten) set of hard copy and one set in soft copy and one set on Tracing sheet (e) Consultancy agency shall also provide required assistance, clarifications, amendment during execution of work or as and when required by this HQ/ GE (I) CG Daman (f) The drawings shall be designed in STAAD Pro model/ ETABS. (g) Consultancy agency shall also follow and consider the E-in-C's latest standing orders and policies along with other codes while planing and designing the project. |
