Due to technical constraint at Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), the bidder have to mandatorily quote for all the Parts in the BOQ Excel file. Since, in the subject tender, the Bidder has the choice of quoting for either individual Part or all Parts, the Bidders are requested to clearly mention their willingness for which part they are quoting in the Annexure 1 Letter of Application and BOQ.
