| 5 | NOTE :- for Item Ser No 1 to 4
(a) The comprehensive maintenance work of lifts/waiter shall be carried out by OEM only. It is an express condition of the contract that tenders shall upload an MOU at the time of submission of technical bid in this regard with the OEM duly signed by all connected certified by registrar/ Notary and the same will be produced by the lowest tenderer in original within a week from the date of evaluation of financial bids.
(b) All above mentioned 6 (six) Lift to be inspected annually by Electrical Inspector of Lift (Govt of Maharashtra or any equivalent agency) . The contractor will be responsible for liasoning with Asstt Electrical Inspector in PWD Department for inspection of All the Lift and any Expense pertains to this is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
(c) Every day checklist as approved by Engr in charge has to be produced by technician with the details of the individual lift.
Routine Checking / Testing /Servicing of the lift shall be done on weekly basis including greasing and oiling, if not Rs 2000 will be imposed as penalty for every week and completion of servicing to be produced to Engr in charge.
(d) Everyday one technician has to be deployed for day to day maint and rectification of faults if any and failing which Rs 1000 will be charged as penalty for every day. Technician should report its attandance to Engr in charge.
(e) Sitting arrangements for mechanic to be provided by Contractor without any claims.
(f) The technician employed should have minimum education qualification of ITI and shall have minimum 5 years experience and they should produce the attested copy of the certificates to the Engr in charge/ GE before commencement of work.
(g) The Contractor will maintain lift in good working conditions without breakdown. The tenderer is advised to maintain the rigourous maintenance schedule to avoid any breakdown and also store the spare parts (Spare parts should be as per OEM's specification) so that any breakdown is attended promptly.
