(v) The said complaints shall be rectified within 12 Hrs of the registration of the complaints failing which recovery of Rs.500/commplaint shall be made for contractor's due payment (vi) The stores/item required for the works under item No 1to 4 shall be measured separately under relevant item as supply only.
