| 1 | Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for following Air Conditioning Installations of specified make in item No. 1.01 to 1.05. Quoted rates under item No 1.03 to 1.05 are deemed to include for cost of scope of AMC as under:- A) ONCE IN ONE MONTH: (i) Inspect and Check Compressor for its proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same to be repaired/ replaced. (ii) Check Noise and vibractions of Indoor and Outdoor units and necessary repairs to be carried out as required. (iii) Inspect and Check refrigerant pipe connections for sign of leakages and same to be repaired. (iv) Inspect and check pressure of gas and same to topped up as required. (v) Inspect and check The Blower motor for its proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same to be repaired/ replaced. (vi) Any defects in elctrical items like LCD touch screen (Remote), LCD touch Screen Central controller, sensors, etc and control wiring to be rectified / replaced irresepective of cause of fault. B) ONCE IN THREE MONTHS: (i) Servicing for All equipemnts under AMC. (ii) Inspect and clean all Air Filters and replace all air filters once in complete AMC. (iii) Inspect and Check the Software for the DVRF Plant for any errors and re-install software if necessary. (iv) Inspect and check all sensors and same to be replaced if required. (v) Inspect and Check all Safety Controls like pressure cut outs, etc for its proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same to be replaced. (vi) Inspect and clean rubbish and dust from outdoor units. (vii) Inspect and clean Indoor unit condensate tray, drain pipe line and check for any leakages in drain pipe. Necessary sealing to be done for stoppage of leakage. (viii) Inspect and check PCB of Indoor Units and Out Door Units for its proper functioning and if any defect is found, the same to be repaired/replaced. (ix) Inspect and Check all the belts / bearings, apply greasing to bearings and necessary repair / replacement to be carried out as required. (x) Inspect and Check serviceability of the compressors and if any defect is found, the same to be replaced. Notes:- 1) The unit rate quoted below includes the cost of all Tools & Plants required for AMC like ladders, vehicles to carry, measuring instruments, etc. 2) Emergency visit intimated vide telephonically or by email to be attended within 24 hrs. and same to be rectified within 2 days from date of intimation. 3) A register duly signed by contractor, user and Engr-in-Charge to be maintained for the servicing / Maintenance carried out with dates and same to be submitted before calming the payment. 4) Payment to the contractor can be released once in three months or more after providing satisfactory working report from the rep of User's only. Condition 64 of IAFW-2249 is deemed to be amended to this effort of running account payment every 03 months in lieu of every 01 month. 5) Tenderer should carry out AMC work with authorized rep/authorized service dealer. 6) The Complete Comprehensive AMC consists of 12 Monthly Checks and 04 Quarterly Checks 7) If any defects arise or serviceability of chiller plant is effected in between the periodicity of checking, contractor shall depute his team immediately for rectification on intimation. If contractor fail to send his team for rectification action, the penalty of Rs.5000/- per day for delay beyond 48 hrs of intimation by Engr-In-Charge shall be imposed. | ||
