| 1 | NOTES:- (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with plumber, mason,labours etc 0830 hrs at AGE E/M NRC to receive complaint for plumbing, water supply works and to submit completion report on the same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. (v) Cost of material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items . (vi) Being an essential Water Supply work,the defects shall be rectifide within -48 hours from notifide by Engineer-in-Charge. Failing which penelty of Rs.5000 per day per job will be imposed and recovered from contractor. (vii) If defects are not rectifide within 10 Days, the rectification work shall be carried out at Risk and cost of the contractor. | ||
