| 1 | NOTE FOR ALL ITEMS : (i) Removal of following existing unserviceable components of various furniture items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of dismantled components / discorded components as mentioned including tightening the joints, placing every part in-tact as applicable as per drgs. (ii) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units of GE (AF ) Ojhar including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(iii) Before incorporation into the work, wherever new First Class Hardwood (Teak) is proposed to be used, the contractor shall obtain a test certificate from an approved and authorized laboratory confirming the species/type of wood and its moisture content. The certificate shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval prior to use. No extra payment shall be made on this account, and the cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates..
