(ii) Tenderer shall also select the option "Excess (+)" or "Less (-)" at cell 'E-15' of this BOQ excel sheet, to quote the percentage above / below /at par on MES SSR-2020 (Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under the column 'Estimated Rate and the total amount reflected in this page is for reference only. Amount of BOQ is only for preparation of comparative statement according to e-tendering system. It is not the tender amount and will not be considered for acceptance of tender.
