| 1 | M & L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/PVC/HDPE Service water tank of following capacities gallons through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5 / Inchor-5 / NB-10 / , TERBAC-G-65 / Inoxi-60 / NB-69 and ULTRA VOILET RAY complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Rays cleantech / Inus watertech / Satya enterprises equivalent steps for seven stages are as under :- First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or high capacity dewatering system. Second Stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using TERBAC-G10 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. Third Stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. Fourth Stage and first bacteria screening is decertification by using TERBAC-G5 a Govt laboratary certified branded halogen compound. Fifth Stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. Sixth Stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra voilet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterlize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65 / Inoxi-60 / NB-69. Note : Work will be carried through specialized agency from one of the above given makes. (a) Company will submit Govt laboratory test certificate of TERBAC-G5, TERBAC-G65, fix the sticker mentioning the date of cleaning & name of site and also provide, certificate confirming the completion of sterlization of watr tanks mentioning the name of station and date of cleaning. All the cleaning & sterlization staffs should be under accidental insurance coverage.including writing the date of tank cleaning, next due date of tank cleaning on the tank wall with white paint over black base/background with height of the letters not less than 10 cms complete all as specified and to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge. | ||

| 5 | NOTE : 1) Every care w.r.t. safety of the workers during climbing, working inside RCC/PVC/HDPE Service water tanks is to be taken & the Contr shall be responsible for the same. 2) Safety belts, working tools, ladders, stagings/scaffoldings etc. shall be provided by the Contr & the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 3) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of rectifying any damage(s) that may occur to the connected pipe lines (inlet/outlet), float valves including replacement of necessary items/spares (if required at site). 4) The Contractor is to submit in writing the tentative schedules/dates for cleaning/disinfection of the service tanks for approval of the same from Engr-In-Charge. There may be instances when the Dept won't be able to hand-over tank(s) for the subject work/job due to any reasons on the approved/scheduled dates. 5) The silt/sludge is to be removed to a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the tank area. 6) The complete work of cleaning/disinfection of the service tanks is to be carried out in the presence of the JE/MES rep & a register to this effect has to be maintained by the Contr wherein entries w.r.t. Date & Time of Start/Completion of the work/job shall be entered & duly signed by the Contr/Rep, Dept Rep & the User concerned for payment purposes. |
