| 2 | Mobilization of tools/equipments and personnel required to execute complete job as required for structural audit and demobilisation after completion complete all as specified and as directed. | ||
| 3 | Detailed physical inspection of structural members for their condition as to the distress, deterioration, deformation, connection alteration and various damages and defects. It shall be carried out as a qualitative assessment. Visual health inspection of buildings covering internal, external using light tapping hammer, marking in floor plan all the visible defects, deterioration and quantification. Site visit, preperation and submission of detailed visual inspection and photography of buildings complete all specified and directed. | ||
| 4 | Conducting the follwing tests on RCC Elements of the Bldg No. P-94 (D/S) (living in block of BSR Coy) with consisting of:- (a) Non-Destructive Test (NDT) (i) Rebound Hammer Tests (RH) - 65 Nos (ii) Ultrasonic pluse velocity Tests (UPV) - 65 Nos (b) Durability & corrosion Assessment (very important- Marine zone) (i) Half-cell potential tests (ASTM C876) - 20 Nos (ii) Cover Meter Rebar Locator - 20 Nos (iii) Carbonation depth tests (Phenolphthalein Indicator Method) - 10 Nos (c) Semi-Destructive Tests (Selective & Location Specific). (i) Core cutting & Compressive strength tests - 10 Nos Conducting core cutting and compression strenght test for RCC structure in accordance with IS:516 on RCC members. 70mm core cutting in reinforcement concrete, core filling by specialized expoxy material/micro concrete with bond coat. | ||
| 5 | Report and recommandations and vetting to formulate recommendation and remedial measures including repairs and restoration wherever applicable along with submission of structural audit report: Preparation of material BOQ, specification, methodology and cost estimate to carryout the repair, restoration of distressed RCC members in subject building using indigenously available repair materials & techniques suitably. The final report shall be vetted from any IIT/NIT/ any Govt Engineering College. |
