| 4 | NOTES FOR ITEM NO 1 : 1) Design / drawing / BOM / technical specifications of the complete On-line UPS System incl battery enclosure showing the dimensions is to be obtained from OEM / Auth Channel Partner / Supplier & is to be got approved from Engr-in-charge & GE before placing final order. 2) Techno-commercial comparative analysis is also to be submitted & got approved from Engr-In-Charge & GE whereever techno-commercial equivalency of the product is concerned w.r.t. given Cat/Part/Model/Make ref. 3) The cost of periodical/routine servicing/maintenance including minor repairs/replacement of spare parts (if required) including periodical checking of the complete On-line UPS System for the complete defect liability period (2 Years from certified date of completion of work) from the authorized service dealer/rep as & when required/due is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. 4) The complete installation, commissioning & testing of the On-line UPS System is to be got done from the OEM or their auth Rep/Sister Concern/Channel Partners only. 5) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of the On-line UPS System is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 6) Necessary electric connections/fixing arrangements shall be as per the recommendations of OEM & cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. | ||
