| 2 | NOTES: (i) Bidder shall insert uniform percentage in green field in the 16th Row under Column "5" of this BOQ sheet. (ii) Bidder shall refer and SELECT the option Excess(+) or Less (-) available at the 16th Row under Column '4' of this BOQ sheet, to quote the percentage above/below/at par on MES SSR -2020(Part-II). (iii) Amount inserted by MES under the Column "5" against Row-13 ( Estimated Cost) and total amount reflected under Column "6 &7" are for reference only. Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page. (iv) The quoted rate/amount at the 16th Row under Column 6 &7 are for reference only. The total amount of all work orders under this contract cumulatively shall not exceed the Estimated Cost of the work ie, Rs 32.90 Lakh. |
