Preparation of Work Order / Contract for issuance to successful Contractor. Engineering review including review of route alignment, pole schedule, foundation design, sag-tension calculations, drawings and engineering documents of RMU, 4 Pole Structure, Transformer, NER cables etc. but not limited to, submitted by the contractor to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Inspection and quality monitoring including witnessing factory acceptance tests (FAT), review of inspection reports, monitoring contractor quality assurance procedures and verification of materials and equipment compliance with specifications.
