| 1 | VRU system supply with installation and commissioning: Design with Site Visit, engineering, manufacturing, procurement of materials and bought out components, fabrication, supply, assembly, painting, packaging, transportation, transit insurance, delivery, storage, erection, all hot job , all testings , system commissioning, all necessary approvals(PESO, Pollution board, other statutory requirements), supply of any commissioning & mandatory spares with consumables and special tools & tackles, first fill of lubricants, drawings & documents as per the enclosed technical specifications , Job includes site fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of VAPOUR RECOVERY UNIT. The job shall also include HAZOP Study (location wise), incorporating HAZOP conditions in design, developing PFD, P&ID, FAT inline with tender specifications. This item also includes TPIA charges as per the scope mentioned in the tender documents. Supply and commissioning of suitable safety protection system in VRU.
