3Shoulder and lagging wall temporary shoring : Providing temporary foundation shoring using "H" vertical piles ( ISMB 200) suitably spaced at about 900 mm distance to accommodate factory made precast RCC slab 900 mm x 400 mm x 150 mm thick within the flanges to form continious shoulder and lagging wall shoring, inclusive of driving of "H" vertical piles using vibrating Pile driving hammer of required capacity complete with power unit and accessories, bracing of piles using using structural members along the lagging walls as well as with the lagging wall on opposite side of the foundation, to form portal frames at strategic locations, as approved by Engineer, including extraction and removal of complete shoulder and lagging wall system etc. complete420.000Sqm
4Boring holes vertically true to line and form for R.C.C. bored piles of required diameter in all strata including removing slush, all kinds of soil, all types of rock including weathered to very hard rock, percolating water etc. complete using DMC piling equipments of suitable capacity ( minimum piling sets as specified in the Project Spcecific Scope of Work, to complete piling work in 100 days ) as approved by engineer, using bentonite slurry and minimum 1500 mm embedments or as per working drawing whichever is higher, of the end bering piles in sound or closely jointed basaltic founding rock as approved by Engineer in-Charge, and providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to the site of work in transit mixer for all leads having been continuously agitated, manufactured as per the mix design of M40 Minimum and Maximum cement contents shall be as per IS 2911 (Latest) including the cost of pumping the RMC from transit mixer, lifting the casing in stages, Chipping and dressing of RCC piles as directed by Engineer, for minimum depth of 1000 mm to leave behind the sound concrete only, including, cleaning of reinforcement and removal of dismantled material etc. including all labours, tools and plants complete etc but excluding the cost of reinforcement and as per drawing and technical specifications
