Cleaning: Removing dust and oil using NC Thinner. Insulator Coat: Applying Epoxy Insulator to seal the old polish and prevent peeling. Repairing: Filling cracks and nail holes with PU Wood Filler. PU Sealer: Applying 2 coats of Emporio Gold Sealer for a smooth base. Intermediate Sanding: Smooth sanding with 400/600 grit paper after sealer dries. Topcoat: Final application of Emporio Gold PU (Dark Chocolate) via spray gun. All complete as shown on drawings (TP) and as directed by engineeer-in-charge approved by GE. | ||
