| 2 | Note:-
1. The succsesfull bidder shall rectify the defects within 30 days of acceptance of the work order in the solar power plants such that minimum capacity utlisation factor (CUF) of 15% for plants is maintained.
2. The Contractor shall ensure the plant availability upto 99%. However, the plant availability due to grid outages will be considered only if the same are certified by the competent authority/ AGE. Any other outages which are not attributable to the Contractor and are certified by Department may also be considered.
3. Linear degradation of the module output (i.e., 0.75% of DC capacity at Std temp Condition per year) shall be considered for the calculation of CUF every year.
4. The contractor shall perform periodic overhauls and preventive maintenance required for the plant.
5. In order to optimise the useful life of equipment of solar power plant , the contractor shall carry out necessary routine , breakdown and preventive maintenance.
6. The contractor shall carry out the performance monitoring for the plant facility on continuous basis and in case of any deviation contractor shall perform the due diligence appropriately to find out the actual root cause of such deviation. any test or spection required such as thermal imaging, current voltage (IV) characterstics test, PTC to analysis such deviation will be the responsibility of the contractor thereafter corrective action reuired to mitigate such deviation shall be undertaken by the the contractor without any additional cost. 7. The Contractor shall ensure minimum Capacity Utilisation Factor (CUF) as specified in the contract during the entire AMC period.
8. The Contractor shall maintain overall plant availability up to 99%, excluding certified grid outages and departmental shutdowns.
9. All breakdowns affecting generation shall be attended on priority and rectified within the stipulated time to avoid generation loss.
10. Mandatory spare parts required for uninterrupted operation of the Solar Power Plant shall be kept readily available at site at all times during AMC period.
11. The Contractor shall maintain the earthing resistance value within permissible limits. In case the earthing value exceeds specified limits, necessary recharging/replacement/new earthing shall be carried out by the Contractor at no extra cost.
12. The Contractor shall strictly comply with all applicable safety standards, IE Rules, IS Codes, statutory requirements, and departmental safety procedures during execution of maintenance works.
13. Any defective equipment/components affecting performance and efficiency of the Solar Power Plant shall be repaired/replaced by the Contractor without any additional financial implication to the Department | | |
| 3 | 14. The Contractor shall carry out routine, preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of the complete Solar Power Plant system during the AMC period.
15. Continuous monitoring of plant performance, generation data, inverter status and system health shall be carried out by the Contractor.
16. The Contractor shall conduct necessary inspections/testing such as thermal imaging, IV curve testing, insulation testing and performance analysis whenever required for identification of abnormalities and corrective actions.
17. The Contractor shall maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, inspections, testing and generation data, and submit the same to the Engineer-in-Charge on regular basis.
18. All required T&P, testing instruments, safety equipment and consumables necessary for operation and maintenance of the plant shall be arranged by the Contractor.
19. Monthly inventory and spare consumption reports shall be submitted to the Department.
20. Joint meter readings, outage records and maintenance registers shall be maintained properly throughout the AMC period.
21. The Contractor shall maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in and around the Solar Power Plant area.
22. The Contractor shall prepare and submit Annual Preventive Maintenance Schedule for approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
23. Proper coordination with Department representatives shall be maintained for smooth operation and maintenance activities.
24. Cybersecurity monitoring and data communication systems associated with the Solar Power Plant shall be maintained in healthy operating condition.
25. Renewable Energy generation records, reporting and documentation shall be maintained as required. | | |

Daily Checking
26. Monitoring of daily power generation, inverter performance and system availability.
27. Checking of inverter alarms, faults, trips and abnormal indications.
28. Recording of daily generation, downtime and meter readings in logbook.
29. Visual inspection of control panels, inverter rooms and equipment for abnormal noise, overheating or smell.
Monthly Checking
30. Visual inspection of PV modules for cracks, damages, discoloration and hotspots.
31. Inspection and tightening of module interconnections, DC/AC terminations and cable joints.
32. Inspection of Junction Boxes, Combiner Boxes and Distribution Boards.
33. Inspection of cable trenches, conduits and cable insulation for damages and rodent attacks.
34. Checking and cleaning of inverter filters, ventilation systems and panel enclosures.
35. Inspection of module mounting structures, nut bolts, fasteners and clamps for looseness/corrosion.
36. Checking of earthing system, earthing strips and measurement of earthing resistance values.
37. Inspection of surge protection devices, breakers, relays, fuses and isolators.
38. Thermographic inspection of electrical connections and terminations.
39. Inspection of MC4 connectors, string cables and inverter terminations.
40. Checking functionality of protection systems including automatic disconnection during grid failure.
41. Cleaning and maintenance of drainage paths around structures and equipment foundations. | | |

43. Detailed inspection of lightning protection system and associated earthing arrangements.

46. Review of preventive maintenance records and system performance data.
Half Yearly Checking
47. Comprehensive retightening of major electrical terminations and busbar connections.
48. Preventive maintenance and servicing of inverter cooling and ventilation systems.
49. Inspection and testing of safety devices and protection systems.
Annual Checking
50. Complete preventive overhaul and servicing of Solar Power Plant equipment.
51. Comprehensive testing and calibration of protection systems, meters and monitoring devices.
52. Detailed performance assessment of the Solar Power Plant to verify contractual performance parameters.
53. Inspection of complete structural system for corrosion, deterioration and foundation condition.
54. Preparation and submission of Annual Maintenance and Performance Report to the Department. | | |
