The surface shall be checked for cracks and shall be filled with fiber reinforced crack filler for upto 3 MM cracks and bigger cracks shall be filled with polymer modified cement. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust, or grease. The Item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labor, Tools, Tackles, Consumable, Scaffolding, Etc.
