Providing, supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of IP66/IP67 rated outdoor RGBW programmable LED face lights suitable for bridge fa ade illumination, complete with die-cast pressure aluminium housing with polyester powder-coated finish, toughened tempered glass diffuser, high-efficiency LEDs, stainless steel mounting bracket, adjustable tilt mechanism, silicone gasket, waterproof cable glands, surge protection, and all accessories.
The work shall include DMX512/DALI compatible RGB controller, programmable lighting effects, synchronized colour-changing system, waterproof junction boxes, drivers, power supplies, timers, astronomical timer/photocell, MCBs, RCCBs, distribution panel modifications, and complete wiring.
Electrical wiring shall consist of FRLS/FRLSH copper cables of suitable size (minimum 3C x 2.5 sq.mm for power and 2 Pair x 1.5 sq.mm shielded cable for DMX communication), laid inside 25/32 mm HDPE/PVC heavy-duty conduits or GI conduits wherever exposed, including cable trays, saddles, clamps, stainless steel fasteners, ferrules, lugs, glands, earthing, testing, commissioning, and making good all civil damages.
The fixture shall be mounted below the bridge deck or on the bridge fascia using SS304 anchor fasteners with corrosion-resistant hardware to provide uniform illumination over the bridge elevation.
