| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained of referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are ensumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule.
