Note :- (1) The site will be available based on the Flying Operation ,Hence Contractor shall quoted the rate accordingly and this condition will be apllicable for all type of work in this contract. (2)Thickness of paint shall be minimum 40micron ( Dry film thickness) for each coat. (3) An exclusive team of adequate number of labourers for painting activity shall be deployed by the contractor as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. (4) The execution of 30% quantity is to be completed in within 60 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target by given due date shall incur irreversible penal recovery of Rs. 10000. (5) Next 50% quantity is to be completed within 120 days after acceptance of contract; failing to meet this execution target by given due date shall incur irreversible panel recovery of Rs. 15000.
