2It should include the following main componenets:- (A) Mono Bifacial (Topcon N type), DCR, of minimum cap 585Wp / 590 Wp (module power), and number of modules to be selected according to available roof top area & adequate walkway). (B) Provision of earthing and earth strip / cable etc for earthing of solar PV modules/ arrays etc as per latest IS/MNRE & IREDA norms to be provided. (C) Junction Boxes of suitable specifications and Nos (as per design)/ OEM recommendations. (D) DC Cables of Suitable sizes and specifications including laying in UPVC/HDPE pipe of suitable size/Earth/ on wall / alongwith MS cable trays. (E) Module Mounting Structure (MMS) : Design, procure, fabrication, fixing, Support Structure with specification as per the OEM, suitable as per the site conditions. The mounting structure is to be installed at RCC Roofs and the array structure has to be so designed that maximum load is directly on roof beams and columns. (F) Lightning Protection for PV Array : Design, procure and fix lighting arrestor system cofirming to IS/ IEC-62305 (Part 1 - 4) on the roofs including all the necessary equipments like Copper strips upto earth test point, etc. (G) Inverter / Power Conditioning Unit : Design Procure, fixing, testing and commissioning of Solar power inverter of suitable capacity as per the plant capacity of the suitable specification as per the OEM. (H) Balance of System (BOS) Items/ Components as per the MNRE guide lines. (I) Repair of damaged / punctured water proof treatment around base of MMS as per SSR Part I to ensure leakage seepage free roof slab
3(A)SOLAR PV MODULES: IS / Relevant Codes :- The PV modules must confirm to the latest edition of IEC/ equivalent BIS Standards for for PV module design qualification and type approval: (i) Monocrystalline Half-Cut TOPCon N-Type Bifacial modules: IEC 61215, IEC TS 60904-1-2, IEC 62804-1 / IS14286 (ii) In addition, the modules must confirm to IEC 61730 Part 1-requirements for construction & Part 2- requirements for testing for safety qualification or Equivalent IS PV modules corrosive atmosphere : IEC-61701 / BIS 61701 and PV modules in sandy environment : IEC-600068-2-68
4(B) Specifications of PV module : (i) Silicon Crystalline SPV cells shall be used in the Solar Photovoltaic module. (ii) Minimum Peak power Rating 545 W (iii) Minimum Module efficiency - 21.13 % (iv) Fill Factor - 0.7 (v) Performance ratio - greater than 75% (vi) Transmittance - Above 90% (vii) Bending - Less than 0.3% (viii) Minimum current Imp 12.98 A (ix) Minimum voltage Vmp 42.01 V (x) Minimum short circuit current Isc 13.59 A (xi) Minimum open circuit Voltage Voc 49.91 V (xii) It shall be made of high transitivity glass and front surface shall give high encapsulation gain. (xiii) Standard size and weight as per NISE (xiv) Mc4 connector as per requrement
5(C) RF identification tag (RFID): Each PV module must use a RF identification tag (RFID), which must contain the following information: (i) Name of the manufacturer of PV Module (ii) Name of the Manufacturer of Solar cells (iii) Month and year of the manufacture (separately for solar cells and module) (iv) Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module)- Made in India only (DCR type) (v) I-V curve for the module (vi) Peak Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module (vii) Unique Serial No and Model No of the module (viii) Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate (ix) Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and module as per ISO 9000 series. (x) Mono Bi- facial (Top CON N type) low iron tempered glass 3.2 mm thick, made of anodized aluminum alloy (6063,temper T5, silver colour), junction box confirming to IP 68. NOTE: RFID shall be mandatorily place inside the module laminate.
