| 4 | Taking out the motor from base frame including Re-winding of induction motor by opening the motor , removing all burnt out coils, cleaning the slots and rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of same as existing gauge and reassembling , testing and commissioning of electric motor on full load for 4-6 hours continuous running of the capacity 55 KW/70 HP, complete all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-Charge. Note - (i) Any defective part to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule , here in after . EIC approval shall be taken before declaring any part as defective. However cost of fixing of spare or any machine work required is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (ii) Reassembling the motor and reinstallating in the installation including to and fro transporting charges upto approved workshop is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. (iii) Paint to pump and motor with one coat of synthetic enameled paint matching with existing colour of motor is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. . (iv) Required T&P such as lifting chain pulley block and other lifting arrangement shall be contractors responsibility and shall be deemed included in quoted rate. | 2 | Each Job |
