| 2 | Scope of work Dismantling of thruster units along with all associated systems and components for detailed examination and repair. Repair & Refurbishment Carrying out all necessary repair, rectification, and refurbishment works, including mechanical components (gears, shafts, bearings, housings, etc.), hydraulic and control systems, and sealing arrangements. Lubrication System Overhaul Overhauling of lubrication system including flushing, cleaning, and oil treatment/replacement. Reinstallation & Commissioning Reinstallation of thruster units after repair, including proper alignment, assembly, and commissioning onboard. Testing & Performance Testing and trials to ensure satisfactory operation and restoration of full operational efficiency of both thruster units. Under the supervision of the IRS/IWT Surveyor and in accordance with the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. | ||
