| 5 | M & L for periodical servicing of electric driven pumpsets disconnecting the electric connection from motor terminal box including insulating the ends of the cable, taking out the pump set from base after opening nuts/bolts, transporting from site to workshop, dismantling pump, removing worn out impeller, ball bearing, gaskets, assembling the pump with replacement of minor parts as required such as pulley key, gland packing rope, greasing etc., transporting back to site and fixing on the existing foundation, connecting the electric connection of motor and testing complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity. (Note :- Major spare parts shall be measured and paid separately, minor spares deemed to be in rate quoted, spares like pump shaft, impeller and bearing only will be measured and paid separately under relevant items ) |
