Notes: (I) The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the job mix formula and test specified. However quantity from the mix formula found more than specified 5.5% same will be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. in case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix formula as specified in Schedule 'A' shall be adjusted @ the rate of 46.90/KG for the less quantity of bitumen used. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken into account for the purpose of above adjustment.
