| 1 | M&L for Servicing of the air cooled air conditioning unit (AC Plant) of following capacity by checking the functioning of chiller pump, checking of refrigerant, replenishing refrigerant gas if required, checking of chilled pipe line, condenser pipe line, safety valves, compressor and connected accessories for its proper working and replenishing of compressor oil, checking of microprocessor control panel and replacement of control panel wiring, lubricating the pump sets and fan motor including replacement of bearing and tightening of bolts and nuts complete all as specified and as directed :- Note: (i) The cost of compressor oil, PVC Cable for control panel wiring, grease for lubricating and bearing of motors shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Refrigerant gas and other spares will be measured and paid separately. (iii) The quoted rate deemed to be include the cost of repair/replacement of defective safety valve of pressure rating 450 PSI all as per existing, repair/replacement of pitted control wiring/lugs/ferrules complete for ensuring proper functionality of AC plant. | ||

| 5 | M&L for de-scaling of condenser unit of AC plant by draining condenser water from equipments and pipes, recirculating water inside the pipes with descaling liquid solution(Carbon Tetra Chloride Solution) and flushing out 3-4 times and recirculating fresh water inside the pipes and flushing out five to six times so that descaling liquid is completely cleaned out along with scales from the pipe line complete all as specified and as directed of the following capacity of AC plant are as under:- Note:- Each condenser unit will be measured and paid separately. |
