Note for Item Sl No 1 to 4 above :
(a) The contractor has to do the regular servicing / preventive maintenance monthly basis and each OT per month shall be considered as one Job.
(b) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive all major/ minor parts for above mentioned equipments to make functinal of the Modular OT other than surgeon control panel, HEPA filter sensor, HEPA filters, vacuum insulated view window and raspberry board.
(c) The spare parts such as surgeon control panel, HEPA filter sensor and raspberry board shall be measured as supply only.
(d) The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of attending breakdown calls also during the period.
(e) Each modular OT will be measured and paid separately.
