Provision for inlet pipe of 400 mm dia (4NOS x30MTR). Supply and fixing of Kirloskar valves 3 nos of Pn 10 of dia 400 mm with spindle/wheel with all mountings and accessories complete. Supply and fixing of M.S. Ladder for Construction of Intake Well inside the reservoir of dam or river, with minimum required depth and diameter as mentioned below with pump house in RCC framed Structure, of minimum height of 6.0 m with required length of RCC footbridge with railing, of minimum 3.75 m clear width or more as required to transport the pumping plant machinery by vehicle excluding curb, piping & cable, pump floor level minimum 1.5 m above HFL, water inlet openings with sluice gates, having different intake capacity of water at different inlet points, construction of spiral RCC staircase upto bottom, grit chamber with mechanical scraping belt or bucket for de-gritting the well, Pump house operating Slab, a separate electrical gantry of suitable capacity, cemoent concrete floor with hardener, rolling shutter fabricated from steel, Circular Balcony minimum 1 m width, staircase post-column beams,horticuture,greeneries, orboricutres, Railings, development of land, approach CC road etc. arrangement should be made inside pump house such that to fix required nos. of VT Pumps mentioned in item nos. 4, HT and LT panels and starters, including all earthing as requried, instrumentation & SCADA & wireless telemetry (voice & Data), internal and external electrifications and adequate LED lighting including excavation/ Disposal of soil i.e. Kankar mixed morrom/soft/hard rock and concrete of minimum grade of M-15 and all R.C.C. work in grade M-30 or above in raft/pile foundation, Intake, RCC, wall with supply of all type steel bars of approved quality and cement as approved by the Employer, cofferdam construction with bailing out water as per site construction requirement diversion arrangement of flow of river during construction by making bundh across the river supply with gunny bags, sand, fixing suitable size of steel girder, dismantling and refixing etc. and also supply and fixing of collapsible gate, Aluminium door, Aluminium window as per relevant specifications, fresh air circulation arrangement, including of one-coat Primer, two coat Distamper in inner side & external painting with apex ultima/equivalent paint, all steel work must be painted with red oxide paint and two coat of anticorrosive paint etc. and internal and external electrification of intake well, supply and fixing of three-row railing of 20 mm dia GI Pipe with M.S. Angle posts supply and fixing of inlet openings of required capacity, including supply of all materials, all labor T&P etc. required for proper completion of works as per direction of the Engineer and Consultant, Anything not mentioned will be as provision laid down in CPHEEO GOI Manuals. Gaseous Chlorination Plant, Development of WTP area with adequate plantation, Rainwater harvesting unit. Raw water to be treated and filtered. Lean concrete to be used of grade not less than M-15 and other structures in minimum M-30 grade of concrete including excavation/ disposal in all types of soil, kankar, soft rock, hard rock etc. . Cement and steel should be as per approved by the Employer/IS code.
