| 4 | Replacement of gasket of OLTC and all of its associated parts like OLTC conservator tank, its neutral bushing and replacement of O ring in OLTC Driving mechanism. The above work inculdes gasket replacement of 02 nos OLTC Chamber top Periphery cover, 05 nos of inspection cover of size 0.762mx0.457m, and 01 no of main connecting cover of size 1.066mx0.812m and any other body part, as required. The work consists of opening of Nuts and Bolts, cleaning the oil and removing the old damaged gasket by scraping and cleaning the surface, fabrication of gasket of appropriate size from cork sheet, joining and punching holes, refitting the newly made gasket and tightening of nuts and bolts ensuring no oil leakage from OLTC / main tank /bushing turret/ buchholz relay by providing & fixing of new gasket as per existing size made rubberized cork sheet Konika/Turboze /NU cork brand grade 07 after due fabrication. | 1 | Job |
