Temp 10@C to +60C Fiber accessories will be provided to safeguard the Load Cells & to protect Load Cells against stray electric currents, lightning induced faults. Weigh bridge is to be structured with strut Assembly. It should offer the Weighbridge platform universal motion thus minimizing the impact load on the load cells caused by braking of the vehicles on the platform. D- Junction Box- Junction Box to be equipped with Surge Protection to protect it from lightning & stray currents. Environmental Ceiling IP 65 E- Digital Weight Terminal: Digital Indicator should be of microprocessor based with Six digit bright large having LED Display. It should have self-diagnostic weighing terminal. The system should be programmable on site. This should be enabled to optimize to meet all the fundamental requirements of modern-day Electronic weighbridge. The high precision tracking excitation source should have a capability to source more than 250ma, adequate for 8 No. 350 ohm load cells. The analog fronted should be built around a low noise differential amplifier with extremely low gain and offset drift. It should have the facility to be interfaced with PC. F- Platform Structure Platform Structure frame should be made robust in construction, made of adequate plate thickness, fitted with heavy duty joists, adequately reinforced with transverse beams and suitable non-slip top deck. The entire steel framework should be mounted on load cells. Easily movable and reloadable modern MS beams based heavy duty rugged design. Plate and girder make should be of reputed make like SAIL/Jindal or equivalent Weigh bridge structure material to be of IS:2062 material and plate should have anti-skid characteristics. Anti-corrosion painting should be done to prevent from corrosion.STRCUTURE WEIGHT: 10 MT PLATE THICKNESS: 12 MM(Minimum) G- Civil Foundation Civil Foundation work for weigh bridge will be constructed by agency as the civil foundation work costing is already included in the sanctioned rate. Requisite drawing, design should be provided to department by concerned agency. Agency to carry out all the necessary civil work required for weigh bridge foundation including excavation of foundation, earth work, ramps on both sides of weigh bridge, columns for load cell mounting and other CC, RCC and TMT related work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respects.a. Weighbridge Foundation:i. Clearing work site.ii. Dismantling the existing RCC floor present at the site of installation if required.iii. Earth work excavation for erection of 08 Nos of columns.iv. Filling the excavated area for the columns with Medium Sand and laying PCC before erecting the columns.v. Supplying and providing all necessary TMT for weighbridge column foundation and ramp.vi. Doing the necessary shuttering works and laying M25 Grade RCC for all the columns and both the ramps.vii. Supplying and filling of WMM. viii. Plastering work for all foundation using high quality ISI Marked PPC Cement. ix Disposal of the excavated earth and rubbish and clearing the site thoroughly for complete removal of all the unwanted material x. Necessary barricading should be done at the location of the site throughout the period of works and all the labours should wear necessary safety equipmentH- Weigh bridge software Easy to use interface. Variety of reports considering all types of transactions carried out on the software available. Vehicle-wise / Driver-wise / Product-wise / Commodity-wise / Date-wise / Supplier-wise, etc. reports available. Summary Report containing complete details of all the transactions done during a particular period. Highly scalable with increase in weighing requirements. Role-based access control mechanism to ensure utmost level of security. Transaction Management with categorization like Active Transaction, Completed Transaction & Void Transaction. K- Warranty: This work include one year warranty against any manufacturing or inherent defect which will be replaced or repaired free of any charges.
