| 1 | To execute all the Civil (B/R) works and Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) works under Term Contract for Miscellaneous Improvement Works in Prayagraj Cantt for Year 2025-26 and as specified under scope of work in technical bid on page (18-19 of RFP) and as per specification contained in CPWD specifications Vol. I & II of 2019 with upto date correction slips and as directed. The work shall be priced at par with DSR-2023 CPWD (Vol-I & II) and Delhi Schedule of Rates, 2025 (E&M) with upto date amendments, clarifications/addendum/errata subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer. The work shall be carried out as per work order(s) placed under the contract from time to time during entire period of contract and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the DSR-2023 CPWD (Vol-I & II) and Delhi Schedule of Rates, 2025 (E&M) respectively. The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes & nothing extra shall be payable.
