| 2 | Note : (i) The complaints for the above works shall be registered by contractor at the water supply complaint cell of AGE E/M (ii) Stationary required such as complaint book, job cards etc shall be arranged by the contractor and proper record shall be maintained by the contractor. (iii) Tools ,Plumber and Transport with driver for attending of above complaints shall be arranged by contractor. (iv) The rate quoted by the contractor for above jobs under item No shall be inclusive of cost of works under note (i) to (iii) above. (v) The above complaints shall be completed within 12 Hrs of the registration of the complaints. If the complaint is not completed within specified time then the penalty of Rs 1500 per complaint is imposed on contractor. (vi) The stores required for the works shall be issued and measured separately under relevant item. (vii) Excavation, returning/ filling shall be measured and paid separately. | ||
