| 1 | Repair / maintenance of internal light fitting of any type like tube lights / wall bracket light fittings / ceiling lights / ceiling fan/bulk head light / mirror lights etc in its position, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like tube rod, side holders, holders, lamps etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour only. (ii) Cost of spares like capacitor, connection wire etc. replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (iii) The contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defects and will submit the completion report on following day before 0900hrs to the JE E/M/ Engr-In-Charge. (v) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded compliant register and complaint slip books duly signed by the user and bringing out the details of spares replaced and get it authenticated from concerned AGE/JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for.
