The genset shall conform to CPCB-IV norms for noise and emission limits and including the following :
(a) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 320 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design, insulating class H, voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type.
(b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, radiator water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 RPM, with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour in any 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation with accessories shall be as under:- (i) Flywheel (ii)Air cleaner wet/dry type (iii) fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl.injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator | 1.00 | Each |

(xix) DEF Tank with First fill DEF for Testing (c) CONTROL PANEL:- CRCA Steel fabricated indoor type for controlling the above generating set. The control panel shall consisting of the following components:-
(i) MCCB Four Pole 500 Amps, 35 KA - 1 No ,ICS=100% ICU

| 5 | Description of Srl Item No 2.00 Contd./- (e) Acoustic Enclosure - Composite type made of CRCA sheet and structural/sheet metal base frame duly painted with air inlet louvers, including noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material, including removeable gland plate at lower level of canopy for cable cable entry. Note :
(i) Technical Specification of DG Set shall be submited by Contrcator for approval of accepting officer.
(ii) Lay out drawing of AMF Panel shall be submitted and got approved from GE before fabrication.
(iii) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI standard.
(iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil.
(v) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at site including one hour on 10% overhead in presence of representative detailed by accepting Officer, all arrangements like fuel, test load, T&P, manpower etc are to be made by the contractor for tests.
(vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included the foundation work of DG sets as recommended by the Manufacturer and specified in the PS.
(vii) All other connected items required for smooth function in all respect of DG set and Control panel deems to be included in quoted rate, no extra cost to be paid other than quoted rate | | |
