| 1 | Monthly Periodical inspection and including attending break down complaints/ in case of any Emergency and stand by attendance duty in VIP visit days at ARDE Lab including following complete all as directed for smooth functioning of the lift all as specified and directed :- (a) Replacements of oil and minor spares like nuts, bolts, control wires and thimbles as required. (b) Setting /Maintaining control panels, VVF drives and other programable drives and arrange OEM/ Consultant for guidence/repair if necessary. (c) Maintaing emergency lights, ventilating fan, intercom system, alarm system along with all components of lifts for smooth functionjing of the lift. (d) Oiling Greasing, servicing of lift Doors, wire ropes. (e) Testing and serviceablility checking of each lift by authorised person/ Lift Inspector in presence of Engr-in-charge, JE (E/M) and User's representative and test certficate to be produced in duplicate. (f) Yearly once serviceability test certificate for each lift by authorized person/lift inspector to be produced in duplicate.
