| 1 | Disconnecting /dismantling /taking out the defective burnt out VT pump set (Moter/Pump) from jack well and transporting to shop including loading/unloading etc complete and reffixing again after necessary repair work of capacity 30/50 HP Vertical motor. The repair includes followings a) Dismantling/taking out strip opening /inspection complete of the bowl assembly, column pipe assembly, discharge head assembly etc and cleaing/ servicing overhauling all the servicable spare parts and M &L for painting to exposed surfaces of the column pipe assembly, bowl assembly and discharge head assembly etc with two coats of approved quality anticorrosive water resistant type black paint all as directed including labours for replacement of worn out / unservicable parts as required and directed. b) Reassembling the complete pump set and re-erection and re-installation at its original position as directed c) Testing and commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:1) The rate quoted by the tenderer includes all cost of necessary nut bots washers and alike if not included in Sch A 2) All new parts required will be measured and paid separately as supply only items. 3) The rate quoted by the tenderer also includes cost for taking out pump from the well 20m depth from GL and again lowering the same in its original level and alignment complete. 4)The size of wiring to be incorporated in the work shall be as per existing one hence contractor is requested to visit the site and to get acquanted with site conditions complete. 5)T&P , Transport etc incl in quated rate . 6) Location :Keniya Pump House and A-I Pump House | 4.00 | Each Job |
