| 5 | Note for ser item No 1 to 4:- (i) The rates quoted in the items includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, gum shoes and hand glouses etc complete (ii) Minimum one sweeper and one helper shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs. The complaint shall be detailed by JE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) The complaint has to be rectified within 24 Hrs as given in complaint slip failing which penalty will be imposed @ 100/- per complaint per day and for ser no (ii) also. |
