c) Dismantling and removal of existing pump set, providing and constructing RCC foundation/plinth having minimum mass not less than three times the combined operating weight of the pump and motor assembly, installation of new pump-motor set with proper alignment to existing/New suction, delivery and priming pipelines, carrying out necessary modifications, grouting, testing, trial run and commissioning by OEM complete. The installation shall conform to IS 9137.
e) laying power cable from existing starter to motor terminal, including copper cable glands, copper lugs, termination, testing and commissioning by OEM complete. The work shall include trial run, performance testing and commissioning of the complete pumping system. RCC foundation, supporting frame, all materials, labour, accessories and incidental works required for successful operation shall be included in the quoted rate.
