| 2 | Periodical inspection, twice in a Month by Electrical Supervisor having valid supervisors certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of W.B. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with Date & Time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-Station Building. The Supervisor requires to have thorough / in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves, flow meters, pressure gauges, lightings, waistings arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT panel boards, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery & battery chargers along with in house lighting system.
