| 2 | Periodical inspection twice in a month by Electrical supervisor/ pump technician having valid supervisor certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board) govt of West Bengal. Each visit should be recorded in logg book (with date and time) to be supplied by the agency and kept in pump house and Sub-station building and submit report as per direction of EIC. The supervisor requires to have through/in depth inspection of all the Electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. all pumps, motors, valves, pressure gauges, lightings, HOT arrangements, exhaust fans, LT panel, transformer, HT panel, VCB, along with in house lighting system.
