| 2 | Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance of Campus Infrastructure on As-Is and Where-Is Basis including operation, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, restoration and overall upkeep of all electrical, civil and plumbing infrastructure including but not limited to 33/11 KV Substation equipment (transformers, HT/LT panels, RMU, VCB panels, protection systems), DG sets with AMF and synchronization panels, Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), SCADA system, internal and external electrical installations, street lighting, feeder pillars, distribution boards, cabling, earthing systems, electrical installations in academic, administrative, hostel and residential buildings, plumbing and sanitary systems, Split type Acs , Tower Acs, Water cooler , Water Dispenser and routine civil maintenance works including plaster repair, painting touch-ups, masonry works, drainage systems, cable trenches, manholes, chambers, equipment foundations, DG rooms, panel rooms, pump rooms and associated infrastructure.
